Birthday Celebration!
It's already been a year since Friends of Diamond Lake began its work, and it is time for our first Annual Meeting.
You are invited to celebrate our birthday with cake and ice cream and learn about our fantastic inaugural year. We've been busy and have a lot to share with you, including an update on the 2-year Lake Management Plan development process.
All FoDL members atending will be eligible for a drawing to win a $25 gift certificate and FoDL t-shirts. (Don't worry, If you're not yet a member you can join that evening--basic membership donation is only 10 bucks and goes toward restoring, protecting, and improving Diamond Lake. Anyone who lives or has a business in the Diamond Lake Watershed area can join.)
We're also looking for a new board member to fill a vacancy, so contact us if you are interested in learning more about the commitment and how you can help restore, protect, and improve Diamond Lake.
